Sri Lankan cuisine features various fresh exotic vegetables such as baby jack fruit and a variety of leaves such as gotukola, kankung, mukunu vanna which also have aryuvedic properties. Ingredients will be sourced daily from the local markets for the authentic meals prepared especially for the tour participants.
We will also get to taste Sri Lankan favourites like hoppers, and string hoppers, kothu roti and fresh coconut sambol.
We will also conduct a cooking demonstration where you will have the chance to learn how to cook authentic Sri Lankan recipes.
